Over the weekend I watched The Notebook- maybe a bit too romantic for a Saturday afternoon- kissing in the rain a little bit much...but I guess it's a bit of a guilty pleasure.

On Friday night I went to the live filming of "Pop star to opera star"! I sat right next to the judges and got to meet MEATLOAF. 

I was very exciting considering I used to love dancing and singing along to "Paradise by the Dashboard light"...yet another guilty pleasure. I don't care much for "Bat out of Hell version 5000"...but I do love the original. I got a picture with him YAY!

Excited that "On A Mission" is available for downloading in Australia!! Lets get it to the top!!!
I'm looking through the latest Jean Paul Gaultier collection on style.com which was inspired by Avatar! If you haven't seen the film go and see it!! The outfits are incredible. These ones are my favorites.

I also have to do a quick shout out to MAC cosmetics for putting together a little make-up kit for me after I LOST MINE!!

Ahh I'm loosing everything these days such a bummer! But I got my favorite coffee eye pencil so I feel much better.

Did a shoot for fashionair.com on Friday and wore an amazing Stella McCartney lace all in one piece- I'll post the video up once it's put together on the website!!

Sundays are so slow!

Hello, hello, hello, hello

Sundays are so slow! I wish everyday were Friday- staying out late with the certainty that the weekend is coming!
I'm having a movie day today. I watched "Chocolat" this afternoon- that movie made me SOOO hungry I had to scoff down some chocolate bars and now I am watching "Interview with a Vampire"- not bad soo far. Beats the Vampire movies and shows that keep on popping up everywhere lately!! I did some writing today too, maybe for album two and a half?

Last night I went to watch my mate Liam Bailey play a  gig with Ellie Goulding. Both impressed me. Ooh everybodys starrryy eyyyed- love that tune.

Got a busy week coming up so I'm going to go  get some rest!

Party time, yeah

Heya people....

Been getting high on throat lozenges all morning...possibly something to do with being
stuck inside all day this week in a small room with 4 walls and 4 smelly boys...my sometimes lovely band. Actually a little exciting as it sounds better than I thought in the first few rehearsals with my new material.

Tonight I am going to V&A Museum for London College of Fashion catwalk, how...awesome, free food, free champagne and free fashion...yayyyyy!! Am just choosing my out fit now...I can’t decide between a Sass & Bide dress or a Sass & Bide Tina Turner skirt... It was Australia Day this week so wearing an Aussie designer!!

Had a great shoot last week with John Wright. He did the famous Lily Allen shoot with the black panther. He was ace...I love a Scottish accent and got to do a little more Barbarella...love her...

I dreamt last night that my uncle died – apparently he didn’t...and therefore apparently I lengthened his life by dreaming he had died...there you go Uncle Fred... I do so much dreaming I don’t get much rest....

Hey!

Just got back from chilling at the beach today, I had NO internet, so that's why I haven't dropped by in a while.I've been having a lovely time in Melbourne catching up with my mates, eating home-made ravioli and playing on my brother's new drum kit :p - the neighbours sure have something to day about that!

I watched Pink's Funhouse concert DVD today - that chick is amazing! Especially all that trapeze work she does while singing pretty damn good. I can't say I imagine myself doing that, but I am looking for some new ideas for my live shows.

I've become obsessed with this tune!! CHECK IT OUT My favourite line in the track is "Maybe if someone had said to Vincent Van Gogh 'Keep punching, Joe!'"Genius!!

ANYWAY, anyone heard a sneaky version of ON A MISSION yet? xx

Brit Awards party!!

What’s up everyone?!!

Well, what have I been up to lately?
I've been busy adding some final vocals, listening to final mixes and looking for a dress for the Brits launch party, which is on Monday, woo!

I had a meeting yesterday with William Tempest’s PR, one of my fav designers, and choose the first dress I saw, literally. It was waiting for me as soon as I came in and it fits like a glove.
I'm wearing these gigantic Louboutin stilettos on the night. They are like stilts! But very hot!

I took a picture on my I-phone...you'll have to excuse my furball slippers that seemed to make their way into the shot.

Tonight I’ve got a bit of spare time so I might go see the movie Nine, which seems to have every female celebrity under the sun in it. Including Sophia Loren who I'm especially in love with. I really want to see The Princess and the Frog but nobody wants to come see it with me...I love Disney movies! You’re never too old for them despite what everyone seams to say! Anyone want to come with me??
Anyways I’m running a bit late as per usual.
